Sophie has completed a four day course on optimising motor control of the lumbopelvic and hip region. It was run by Olympic Specialist Physio Trish Wisbey-Roth and was cutting edge stuff! It seems that inadequate control of your hip muscles can often be the driver for back and pelvic problems. If you keep having to go back to your physio or osteopath for treatment for the same condition it might be worth exploring this with Sophie!
